Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted on regular priced products, not sale items. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your package. Item(s) must be in their original unused condition and all tags, cards, and boxes must be included with your return. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. *all sale items are final sale*
To make a return, please email info@iridiumapparel.com to request an RA (return authorization) number. In your email please include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for the return. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours to provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Your order will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise, minus a $10 fee to cover the restocking and shipping. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for refund to appear in your account after processing. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a return form), undelivered packages or returns postmarked after fourteen (14) days will not be eligible for a refund.
If a package is received and is damaged or defective, please contact info@iridiumapparel.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods may be returned to IRIDIUM, with all such returns subject to these Terms of Use. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for a refund.
IRIDIUM monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
